The Superior Court of Quebec has fixed the date for the approval hearing of the proposed settlement to November 22nd, 2019, at 9:00AM at the Montreal Courthouse located at 1, Notre Dame East, Montreal QC, in room 2.08. Below please find the Court-approved notices and a copy of the Settlement Agreement.
